Ulva species are often abundant where fresh waters enter the sea. We only harvest limited quantities of this seaweed, as we are extremely careful about possible contamination.
Instructions for use: Rinse the seaweed in abundant fresh water. Chop it and add to your food, even as a last ingredient, a bit like parsley.
